FAMILY CLASS
6.00 – 7.00 PM
CHILDREN & FAMILIES
A great class for younger students and families to learn and improve together.
TEEN AND ADULT CLASS
6.45 – 8.00 PM
TEENAGERS & ADULTS
A longer session for teens and adults with extra time for technical development, fitness, patterns and sparring.
